These Terms of Service govern your use of fastpestresponse.com and any services provided by Fast Pest Response, operated by Idillo Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using this website or submitting a contact request, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of Service

Fast Pest Response is a referral and lead generation service. We connect consumers seeking pest control services with licensed, independent pest control professionals in their geographic area. We do not ourselves perform pest control services. The pest control professionals we connect you with are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Idillo Inc.

2. No Guarantee of Service

We make reasonable efforts to connect you with a qualified pest control provider in your area. However, we do not guarantee availability, pricing, response time, or the outcome of any pest control service performed by a third-party provider.

3. User Representations

By using this site and submitting a contact request, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are requesting pest control services for a property where you have authority to authorize such services

4. Communications Consent

By submitting a contact form or calling us, you expressly consent to receive calls, texts, and follow-up communications from Fast Pest Response and its service partners regarding your pest control request, including via automated dialing systems where permitted by law.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

Pest control services are performed by independent licensed contractors. Any disputes regarding the quality, pricing, or outcome of pest control services must be resolved directly with the service provider. Idillo Inc. is not liable for the acts or omissions of any third-party pest control professional.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Idillo Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or any pest control services provided by third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Idillo Inc. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Orange County, Florida.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
